Shipping Update (Dec 2025): Leica Camera/Lens orders to U.S. unaffected. We might not able to process accessory-only orders for U.S. delivery address.
Shipping
We ship to most parts of the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations. We might not ship to military addresses or forwarders.
We provide Free Delivery for orders over $500 within Hong Kong and Free in-store pick-up.
For international delivery, the shipping fee will be displayed on the checkout page.
Order(s) will be shipped within 2-3 working days after we have received cleared payment. We may cancel the order if we don't receive the payment within 7 days.
Acceptance of orders is subject to our sole discretion.
Import Tax/Duty/Clearance Fee

The item may be subjected to customs import tax/fee when it enters your country.
By buying internationally, you are considered an importer. Import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges. These charges are the buyer's responsibility.
Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to bidding/buying.
These charges are normally collected by the delivering freight (shipping) company or when you pick the item up - do not confuse them for additional shipping charges.
Return Policy
We aim to provide you enjoyment and satisfaction when you shop on our online store. However, in case you would like to return an item, the following is the return policy:
New Items: Please note that all "New Items" are final sale and are not eligible for return or refund.
Out-of-Stock Items: If an ordered product is out of stock, you may choose to exchange it for an alternative product or request a refund.
Quality Issues: If the product received does not meet manufacturing standards, please contact us within seven (7) days of receipt to arrange an exchange.
Return Conditions: Products for exchange must be returned in their original condition, including all original packaging, accessories, and instruction manuals.
Complimentary Gifts: If the purchase included a complimentary gift, it must be returned together with the product. Failure to do so will result in the value of the gift being deducted from your refund amount.
Restocking Policy for Pre-Owned/Used Items
For all returned pre-owned or used items, a minimum restocking fee of 10% will be deducted from your refund. This fee helps us cover essential costs associated with the return, including:

Transaction Processing: Credit card and payment gateway service fees.

Shipping: Logistics costs incurred during the initial transit.

Labor: Handling, inspection, and administrative processing time.
Applicability: This fee applies to standard returns, as well as instances where delivery is refused or returned due to delivery exceptions.
Condition Requirements: To be eligible for a refund (subject to the restocking fee), all items must be returned in the exact condition in which they were originally shipped. Any signs of additional wear or damage beyond the condition at the time of sale may result in a higher fee or a rejection of the return.
Local Delivery within Hong Kong:

International Delivery:
For Used Items, We offer return within 30 days of delivery for a refund. A full refund will be given, together with the return postage, if the return is a result of our error(you received an incorrect or defective item and etc.,). The item returned to us must be in the same condition as you received it.
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper, the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it , and the time it takes the payment provider to process the refund.

換貨安排
我們會盡力為您提供愉快及滿意嘅購物體驗。在正常情況下,顧客不可以更換產品或取消訂單。
如訂購之產品缺貨,可以選擇更換其他產品或退款。
如果收到的貨品品質不合符生產標準,請於收貨後七天內聯絡我們安排換貨。
更換之產品必須保持原樣,連同完整包裝、配件、說明書等一併退回。
如附有贈品,該贈品必須跟產品一併退還,否則將從款項中扣除該贈品的價值。
