Return Policy

We aim to provide you enjoyment and satisfaction when you shop on our online store. However, in case you would like to return an item, the following is the return policy:

No return / refund on New Items.

• Out-of-Stock Items: If an ordered product is out of stock, you may choose to exchange it for an alternative product or request a refund.

• Quality Issues: If the product received does not meet manufacturing standards, please contact us within seven (7) days of receipt to arrange an exchange.

• New Items: Please note that all "New Items" are final sale and are not eligible for return or refund.

• Return Conditions: Products for exchange must be returned in their original condition, including all original packaging, accessories, and instruction manuals.

• Complimentary Gifts: If the purchase included a complimentary gift, it must be returned together with the product. Failure to do so will result in the value of the gift being deducted from your refund amount.

For Used Items

*We will charge a 10% restocking fee to cover the costs of transaction processing, shipping, and labor. This fee may apply if you refuse delivery or as a result of delivery exceptions, as well as from a typical return. Items must be returned in the same condition as originally shipped.

我們會盡力為您提供愉快及滿意嘅購物體驗。在正常情況下，顧客不可以更換產品或取消訂單。

如訂購之產品缺貨，可以選擇更換其他產品或退款。

如果收到的貨品品質不合符生產標準，請於收貨後七天內聯絡我們安排換貨。

更換之產品必須保持原樣，連同完整包裝、配件、說明書等一併退回。

如附有贈品，該贈品必須跟產品一併退還，否則將從款項中扣除該贈品的價值。
